Can we meet up prior to our wedding?

We are based in North London so are very happy to meet within a 50 mile radius, we are also happy to Skype or chat over the phone should you be further afield – we also send out a questionnaire when booking so that you can give us every last detail – go to the contact page to get in touch

Which areas do you cover?

We cover any UK area and are very happy to travel abroad, we would tailor the fee to cover our travel and accommodation costs, our destinations have included Ireland, Paris, Italy and Goa

How would you describe your filming style?

We like to be friends with our couples, we will put you at ease and have plenty of contact with you prior to your big day so you feel like you know us. Our style is very unique, we blend our love of telling the story from morning til night, with super duper cameras, filters and editing effects. We love our films to reflect the emotion of the day as well as the funny moments and will try to capture all of this without being intrusive

What is included in your wedding package?

Two people (myself and Dan) filming from morning prep until the first dance and a little after to get the party atmosphere

A 10-15 minute film to music of your choice which covers the highlights of the day to a soundtrack of your choice

Why is the final film only 10-15 mins long  if you are filming all day?

We film in short bursts, only capturing clips of around 5 secs each of the best moments, this is then all put together and edited into the final film. We did not want to create a service which supplies a 3 hour marathon, we believe our length of film can fully capture the essence of your day and we do not compromise on this style of filming – we know it works!

How do we book and what are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are as follows :-

50% deposit required to book your chosen date

Remaining balance to be paid in full 1 month prior to your wedding

Your wedding film will be completed and sent to you within 1 month of your wedding day

Payment plans can be considered – ask for details

What if we have to cancel our wedding?

In the very unlikely event that you have to cancel your wedding or change the date the terms are as follows :-

If you need to cancel more than 6 months before the wedding i will refund 50% of the deposit  (any fees i have incurred booking travel and accommodation will be charged in addition)

If you need to cancel your booking 3 months or less from your wedding date then 70% of the fee is required as it is unlikely that another booking can found at such short notice

If you want to change the date and it is free  (given 6 months notice) then i will do this with no extra charge
